For what purpose and for how long will we process your personal data?

Proactive Future, will process user data, manually and/or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

  • Manage the contracting of services through the Platform, as well as the corresponding invoicing and delivery.
  • To periodically send electronic communications about services, events and news related to our professional activity, unless otherwise indicated or unless the user opposes or revokes their consent.
  • To periodically send commercial and/or promotional information related to the contracted services sector and of added value for end users, unless otherwise indicated or unless the user objects or revokes their consent.
  • To produce anonymous statistical reports on the access habits and activity carried out by users on the Platform.
  • To draw up a commercial profile of the user and carry out commercial actions adjusted to the same, using their data derived from the management of the products purchased (browsing data, access habits, traffic), unless otherwise indicated or unless the user opposes or revokes their consent.
  • To comply with legally established obligations, as well as to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.

What categories of data do we process?

For the purposes mentioned above, Proactive Future processes the following categories of data:

  • Identifying data: name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, postcode, telephone number.
  • Traffic and location data.
  • Electronic communications metadata.
  • Business information data.
  • Economic, financial or banking data.

The personal identification data requested are obligatory, so that refusal to provide them will make it impossible to provide the contracted services.

The user guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and up to date, being responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, the user declares to have the consent of the same and undertakes to transfer the information contained in this clause, exempting Proactive Future from any liability in this regard. However, Proactive Future may carry out verifications to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

How long do we keep your data?

Proactive Future will retain the personal data of users only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, it will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods, with the purpose of settling responsibilities derived from its treatment; in the same way it will be blocked if so required for the exercise of functions of the Public Prosecutor's Office, public administrations, judges and courts, or data protection authorities.


The data may be communicated to companies related to Proactive Future for the provision of various services as Data Processors. The company will not make any transfer, except by legal obligation.
